Reinforcement bar embedding method seismic reinforcement construction method "AT-P Method"

Reinforcement methods that can significantly reduce flow section obstruction as stipulated by the River Structure Ordinance.

The "AT-P method" is a seismic reinforcement method that reduces the thickness of the reinforced layer (minimum 30mm) compared to the RC wrapping method and conventional polymer cement mortar wrapping method. The increase in wrapping thickness is kept to less than about half of that of the conventional polymer cement mortar wrapping method, significantly reducing the obstruction of the flow section as specified by the River Structure Act. By embedding reinforcing bars within the existing concrete, it suppresses bending failure of the structure without increasing the reinforcement cross-section. 【Features】 ■ The increase in wrapping thickness is kept to less than about half of that of the conventional polymer cement mortar wrapping method. ■ It can significantly reduce the obstruction of the flow section as specified by the River Structure Act. ■ It suppresses bending failure of the structure without increasing the reinforcement cross-section. ■ Partial wrapping that considers wall structures with specific "stops" for river structures is possible. ■ Reinforcement within the cross-section of the existing cover concrete is also possible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reinforcement Method "CCFP-CABOCON" (Cabocon Method)

The strength of iron and the lightness of fibers. A construction method that allows reinforcement with concrete, steel, and wood.

The "CCFP-CABOCON (Cabocon Method)" is a new reinforcement and repair technology that uses "carbon fiber," a material commonly known in space-related applications and aircraft structural materials, as well as in golf clubs. It provides excellent reinforcement effects not only for concrete structures and steel structures such as highways and buildings but also for wooden structures. Structures that were difficult to reinforce or repair with steel plates can now be extended to their maximum lifespan. 【Features】 ■ Significantly reduced construction time ■ Maintenance-free ■ Consideration for safety and security ■ Cost reduction ■ Flexible *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Reinforcement Method for Bridge Piers with Embedded Reinforcement Bars "AT-P Method"

By significantly reducing the weight increase due to reinforcement, the burden on the foundation structure and the ground is alleviated!

The "AT-P method" is a seismic reinforcement method for bridge piers that minimizes the thickness of the reinforcement layer (minimum 34mm) compared to the RC wrapping method with external reinforcement and the conventional PCM wrapping method. The increase in thickness of the wrapping is reduced to about 1/8 of the RC wrapping method and less than 1/2 of the conventional PCM wrapping method, resulting in almost no increase in the riverbed obstruction rate for bridge pier reinforcement in rivers. Additionally, by directly embedding reinforcement bars into the existing concrete, it is possible to reliably improve load-bearing capacity without increasing the concrete cross-section. 【Features】 ■ The increase in wrapping thickness is reduced to about 1/8 of the RC wrapping method and less than 1/2 of the conventional PCM wrapping method. ■ The riverbed obstruction rate for bridge pier reinforcement in rivers hardly increases. ■ Load-bearing capacity can be reliably improved without increasing the concrete cross-section. ■ The burden on the foundation structure and the ground can be reduced. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
